Had Clarity for about a week now and Satellite radio has been going out. If I’m listening to satellite source it it’s been fine, but switch to another source and back to satellite later during the same drive, and I get no sound better than 50% of the time. The display continues to update song/artist, but nothing through the speakers. Requires the car to be powered-down and re-started to fix. Am I missing a setting that’s an easy fix?... are others having this issue? Or is it time to use my warranty already :-(

How long is the free trial period for Sirius XM on the Clarity?

    3 months, I think.

And then I received an offer to add the next year at $120, or $143 including tax and fees.

    DO NOT even consider this...

Best offer today is $30 for 6 months for basic, or $50 for all access which includes streaming. After that it would go up to regular price, but a day before, call and threaten to cancel and insist the same deal. In 5 minutes, you'll have another 6 months for the same special. Rinse and repeat.

My first car with XM was our 2012 Ody. Have never paid more than that. At times, it's been $25 for 5 months.

Well, since you're posting from an iPhone I guess I owe you--I bought Apple in 2009 and still have it all!

No, I literally just got it going today and I've never had it before, but it's good to know the 'real' price as I decide whether I want it. Where would I find the $50 for six months--is it all over the internet?

Have you tried rebooting the head unit? While the car is running press and hold the power button (on the head unit) until you get a pop-up that asks if you want to reboot. I’ve had to do that a couple times when the unit wasn’t recognizing my iPhone... usually clears it right up!
