How does the Fire Department know the Autopilot was engaged? I call it bs!

Yeah, that part might be BS, and the car looks new, still dealer plates in the windows... Reading the tweets, lots of firemen calling Tesla out...

The real problem on display in this thread is all the B.S. propaganda from the anti-Tesla "wolf pack" crowd, which is trying to convince everyone that it's only Tesla cars which have this problem. That includes the person who started this thread, yet another in his ongoing propaganda campaign against Tesla. He's getting close to 20 anti-Tesla threads just in the InsideEVs Forum by now.

The reality is that this type of accident gets ignored if a Tesla car isn't involved. The anti-Tesla wolf pack doesn't want to you know the real reason for this type of accident; they want you to think this only happens with Tesla cars. The actual reason is explained here:

"Why emergency braking systems sometimes hit parked cars and lane dividers"

No one believes this BS anymore. They are paying people to smash into fire trucks to make Tesla and Tesla drivers look stupid. You have to be stupid to believe this BS.

Haha! I have always known you are way out there in your thinking, but this one takes the cake... Sorry, I am not a conspiracy theorist either... Tesla Autopilot has some bugs, and Tesla's Automatic Emergency Braking doesn't seem to work as well as most other OEM's.

Bs in this case! Firefighters say the autopilot was engaged? How? What a joke!

Don't Cry Jimmy... Tesla will tell us whether it was engaged or not, but in the other 3 known cases of Tesla's hitting emergency vehicles the A/P was engaged, so with the suspicious circumstances of this case, I am going with the odds in assuming it was on...

And that means nothing. How stupid would you have to be to believe this stuff. It assumes everyone is an idiot. This is pure unadulterated manufactured BS designed to generate headlines but its also a total utter lie and obviously so- even the stuff about why AP systems can't see stationary objects- more utter BS- pedestrian stands in the middle of the road stationary- how many deaths would have already accumulated- people stop and text in the cross walk all the time. The petrol industry is terminally dumb and why I believe they are going under- their projective dumbness, like their lame poly sci courses told them no one will be able to see what they are doing and they can hide things out in the the open and push blather about conspiracies- every one can see everything they are doing all the way back to 911 and before the paper trail will hang them, is doing it right now (Exxon knew etc.,) same fate that appears to have befallen some mid east country heads. And lets say people are under a spell of denial- what happens when that denial bubble bursts and accuracy catch up with their vision on petrol rent seeking and the losses they and their families have personally endured over it and that becomes mass consensus? Supposed to fund safety net social security with petrol as Tillerson suggested- people see through that hostage taking BS to protect rent seeking exploitation. It is over. GM with its structural bankruptcy persisting beyond its actual bankruptcy along with 94 billion in debt beyond the public debt incurred and debt for all the wrong reasons- talk about junk debt.
