    Hi,

I am new to the forum, still waiting on my car... getting close now! :)

Does anyone have any real-world photos of the Clarity Touring in green that they can post?

    Thanks!

Here's our Moonlit Forest Pearl Clarity Touring with the Clarity accessory wheels. The green is so dark that it often looks black when the sun isn't shining on it.

Thanks for posting! Mine is coming in White, but I have been curious about the green because I've never seen it. I've actually never seen a single Clarity in the world other than the one at the Discovery Centre (which is red).

You'll soon be driving a very distinctive car, with its signature "hockey stick" running lights (great for Canada), its unique rear wheel well arches (which make the car more aerodynamic), and its silent road manners (in Canada you can even turn off the pedestrian warning "chords").

A coworker has a green and I've NEVER seen it actually being green. It's very much like the dark gray. Same thing happened to us with an 18 Ody. The green is only green maybe at 6pm when the sun shines at a precise angle...

We drove the red one at the Discovery Centre. Our choice of cars was white or white. So we got white. ;)

Hahah... my choice was also white or white. :) But that's OK because sparkly/pearl white is "my" colour and would have been my first choice anyhow. (My last two cars have both been platinum white pearl and I love it!) I am very glad that it is a pearl white and not solid white.

I'm going for stormtrooper white... but being interior since I like the contrast the seats have and with the black floor carpet (base model)

Speaking of them, I love that the DRL on one side doesn't turn off when you are using a turn signal -- like I've seen with other car's LED DRLs.

I haven't seen one in green in person. When I bought mine (in the gray, I mean "modern steel metallic") I wanted the green*, or at least to see it in green to be sure I liked it and then, if so, buy the green. Well, I went to a dealer that supposedly had one in stock (according to cars.com), and they told me it was just sold the night before. So I haven't seen one yet.

*I'd have also loved to get it in blue, but that is only available in the EV version, though I think the Canadian version of the PHEV can be bought in blue.

Now 8 months after we bought our Moonlit Forest Pearl Clarity PHEV and the touch-up paint is still backordered.

Man, that sucks. Hopefully you can get it soon.

BTW, how much were those wheels. They look nice!

My dealer charged a little more than $1300 for our Clarity accessory wheels. I really like them. The original wheels have been demoted to winter duty. The accessory wheels are sometimes cheaper on the 'net, but our price included shipping and mounting the tires.

I love the blue too! But not in Canada either :(

We have the Base in White or Grey with Black Interior; and the Touring in White or Grey with Black Interior, or Green or Red with Beige Interior. (No Silver or Black in Canada either.)

When i drove into the dealer’s lot to pick up my green Clarity I saw the salesman putting the finishing touches on a black Clarity... turns out it was my green car. Moonlit suggests you’ll see the green maybe once a month during the full moon! I like the color but the sun has to hit it just right to see the green. The promotional photos are misleading!

I was actually pleased it looks darker than in the brochure and ads. They should have called it Stealth Green. It looks green when parked next to a black one, but you'll be washing it as often as a black one. Did you ask about touch-up paint? Is my dealer the only one who can't get it?
