When I bought the Model Y I was told that it had the "comfort suspension" but it still seems harsh on bumpy roads in town. This morning I dropped the tire pressure from 42 to 38psi and it made a noticeable difference. Does anyone have any other ideas? Is anyone switched to 18" wheels? The MY is known for having a rough suspension. See if you can look and get a part number off your rear damper. Should be able to see it through the wheel.
Thanks for the reply Tony but what info would I get from the rear shock absorber part Number? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
Look for the code H4RD4SS or S0FT4SS to see if changing the shocks is an option Here's a YouTube video I found: "Improve Tesla Model Y Ride Quality"
