I got some accessories like the factory trunk mat, center console tray, and kick mats with backseat organizers, but my favorite so far are the seat covers from big-ant. They protect the seats enough without looking cheap. The whole seat covers just didn't look good but these look really nice. The reason I have them is because my previous car with the ventilated leather on the seat bottom ripped and I didn't want that to happen again.

I'm always looking out for accessories.. what is your favorite?

I apologize in advance for the flippant answer....

My favorite accessories are free charging stations when I can find them!

I smile daily at the useless, but luxurious, extravagance of our lighted Clarity door sill trim.

We got a trash can that hooks itself onto the carpet in the back seat (right on the hump). The front passenger seat still collects too much stuff, though. LOL - but at least there's a place to stash the trash in a hurry if someone needs a ride.

The number one accessory is the phone holder.

The accessory mat for the shelf under the shift buttons? Otherwise, which aftermarket accessory phone holder have you found that works well in the Clarity?

Anyone pick-up the rear seat cover yet? I want one for my pooch, but I'm not sure if the $180 price tag is justified.

I read a review that it is really a pain to take off. If you need to quickly take it off for passengers it is not a good option.

Good to know, this actually might be a good thing in my case! I like a seat cover that stays put! :)

I'd like to know what you've found also, my solution is (to say the least) not elegant.

    Thanks!

I got the rear seat cover (for the pooch) and it was a pain to put on (multiple pieces) but thankfully my salesperson helped me install it. I am sure we could have gotten a snugger fit with a bit more pushing and pulling but it was very hard work and I am neither very strong nor very fussy. It came in something like 7 pieces and they have tabs that slip under the hard plastic car parts and velcro parts that attach to the rug type parts of the car. The armrest piece however really doesn't fit well which is noticeable when you pull it down. I'm sure if you tried harder and were stronger you could definitely get a better fit with all the pieces. I am just happy it protects the seats for me.
It hasn't gotten too, too dirty yet so I don't change it out when my son and his friends sit back there- Heck, they are grungier and smellier than the dog ever gets when I pick them up after basketball practice. You don't need to take it off to use the seat belts.
I am pleased with the cover since it gives me piece of mind with the dog back there- it is a thick sortof-neoprene material and it stays put. I haven't readjusted it since I put it on. Looking at it in the pics though, I probably should! I think it would be hard for even my nutzo dog to rip and if it gets a stain, I believe it is machine washable so it was the right choice for me. I know some will look at it and shudder but I like having it. I ordered it when we bought and the dealer split the cost with me. upload_2018-6-13_13-51-9.jpg upload_2018-6-13_13-51-45.jpg

I installed the grocery bag hook in the trunk. The hook seems to be sturdy but not the metal railing it mounts to. The warning on the label said not to exceed 6 lbs and bags must be resting, not hanging in the trunk.

Thats what I did on my old car and once it does rip, you wish you had the covers on before that.

714hello, I really like that seat bottom cushion/protector. That’s always the first part is the driver’s seat that wears out for me. Definitely going to look at getting one.

If we’re talking about non-Honda favorite accessories, then mine would have to be the Aries Seat Defender.

I have the beige Touring interior (try keeping that clean!) and and found this to be a great solution for the occasional muddy dog or soccer player (or myself). It has an elasticized top that fits over the headrest so it’s easy on and off. I like the rubberized bottom that holds it on the seat with out it moving around on you. That also makes it water proof and the top layer is a heavy 600 denier fabric. It rolls up to compactly store in the trunk cubby for when I need it. I got it from College Hills Honda on the web and it was $35 well spent. Pix:

Thank you so much for those pictures, I actually think it looks great!
I will probably be picking one up knowing that it's machine washable, and I also like the fact that its neoprene.

    Thanks @Chooch!

Does the covers not interfere with the airbags? The Honda guy in the parts dept told me Honda doesn't make front seat covers because they could pose a problem with the air bags. I don't know where the air bags deploy from but his comment suggested it was from within the front seat somewhere and I think there may be an 'airbag tag' on the side of the seat as well. Just a note of caution, in case.

Very, very good safety point, Chooch. I must admit I didn’t think to check this first.
    Here’s what I found:
The airbag is indeed on the side of the seat and has the airbag tag there. I am pretty sure they deploy from the side panel by spitting the seams running vertically along the front and back of the seat side panel. So you most definitely do not want to block this.

The good news is that my Aries Seat Defender is not a full wrap around type. Only at the head rest and very top of seat (depending on headrest height) does it cover the sides and back. This is what makes it so quick and easy to put on and remove. I checked and the elastic part at the bottom of the head rest only comes down to just an inch below the top horizontal seam of the side panel and it’s a loose fit there. So no problem with interference with the side airbag if the headrest is at least one or two clicks up. This product works safely because it is not a full seat cover and is made to just temporarily protect the seating surface.

Thanks is for pointing this out. If it had interferred with the airbag you might have saved my life in a wreck.
If I hadn’t already hit my head in a motorcycle accident, I’d be palming my forehead and going “duh” over not thinking of this.

Says it right there on the hang tag: "Allows for side airbag deployment"
