Hondalink not working for me

    Forced update from something like v4.4.6 to latest version this morning. Worked once afterward. Broken for me now. Tried to logout/login. It would not recognize the pwd I had last set in Dec 2017. Tried to reset pwd and it does not recognize my email address as a valid user. So I can not get into the app.

    Can someone post the tech support phone number from inside the app if it is in there?

    Yeah. The updates of the app haven't always been great, and sometimes they seem to be basically required. I happen to use an iPhone and the app update was persistent-- i.e. prompted me each time I open to upgrade so I did so. And just for the benefit of the group, after a few hours my completely blank HondaLink app populated again. I'm back in business.

    I personally think those who suggested the servers are unavailable at times are correct. So if you enter a time period where the servers are available then normal operations with the app become possible. But it truly is a poor experience. I realize they not making money off me now, so I take what I get, but it would be nice to have HondaLink work reliably. And for some Honda car models HondaLink isn't free. I'd be PO'd if I paid for this experience. (and in some ways we did, likely bundled into purchase price of Clarity).

    Still love my car, but this is one area they should work on.
