Has anyone experienced their touchscreen being non-responsive? I can control the audio from the steering wheel but the screen isn’t responding to touch - anywhere. I have restarted the car several times to reboot it but it still doesn’t work. I’m taking it in tomorrow but maybe you fine folks know how I can fix this. Sent from my iPhone using Inside EVs
Press and hold the touchscreen power button to reboot the infotainment system and you should be good again. geo
I have rebooted by holding in the power button twice. Once it fixed a general sluggishness of the panel, the other time it got stuck in a loop where it wanted to do an update. I thought I would either have to take it to the dealer or take out a fuse but after a few hours it rebooted normally. I don't think it ever did an update. I am a little wary of the power button reboot now.
