sorry if there is a thread on this. I didn’t find it (or the search function) while on my phone. I happened to go to my car a couple times tonight while it was plugged into a 120. I noticed it sounded like the engine was running in the front of the car, I checked to make sure that the car was off and the climate control was off. The noise, when I unplugged it, stopped. I plugged it back in and a while later i went back out to the garage and noticed it did it again and actually stopped on it’s own after I was out there. Anyone notice this?
It’s the radiator fan. The car seems to have a good, active cooling system for the battery. That’s the sound of your car protecting its expensive traction battery.
