I liked this vehicle so much by looking at the youtube videos that I was ready to book the vehicle but when I did a test drive of the vehicle, my whole idea of buying it got changed.
It is because of one and only one reason, there are no power seats even in the touring model in Canada.
    I really felt like
    1. A second class citizen. Yeah, Yeah, am aware that they had to provide a heating coil to the battery for Canada, but seriously can you not provide an option to have power seats for the guys who are interested, that is why I really felt like a second class citizen
    2. Honda communication - Honda is too big to communicate to its customers. They don't mind losing their customers, but their employees make it a point not to communicate with their customers. Even google with millions of customers communicates with their customers, but not Honda. Their culture seems to be that we make very fine cars, if you want to buy it, just buy it, but never ever disturb us.
These two issues made me change my mind from buying this wonderful vehicle in Canada.

On communication: Don't you have a dealership? Most car companies don't communicate with customers for normal day to day stuff. It's the dealer's job. May be your dealer is not so interested in selling this to you. Try some other dealer.

Didn't know about no power seats. My Clarity FC has everything.

Canadian version of Clarity sacrifices the power seat for the battery warmer (and heat pump as some source said?). I ordered the base model so I didn't care much. But if I could only choose one, I'd pick the battery warmer over the power seat.

The issue was with the power seats and the dealer couldn't do anything, so I wanted to call and confirm if there was any other options that I could have a power seat as I really wanted that feature, as the make and looks of the vehicle is premium and I can't have any compromises especially when I was ready to trade in Honda Odyssey for this vehicle
I left a few VMs, sent a few emails to the customer service and every communication was squarely ignored which pissed me off completely

I didn't want to pick either, I wanted everything and I don't mind paying for the features. My point was if you cannot accommodate at the same price point, at least give options as people (like me) might want to have it as it is important for me
