    Electric Vehicle built-in electrical charging unit with power output of at least one third of rated power drive is in final development stage.
    Basically does not need external electrical charging.

    No its not a perpetual machine.
    Power is produced by a flow battery and the resultant REDOX by-product is regenerated using part of the power produced by the FB.

    Whether or not you intended to, you have described a perpetual motion device. If that's not your claim, then please explain what external energy source is feeding power into the onboard system.

    If you are unfamiliar with thermodynamics, or exactly what the term "perpetual motion" actually means (it isn't limited to motion in perpetuity), then you can find a layman's explanation here:

    Thanks for your informative reply. In simple minds the 2nd law on thermodynamics is not easy to comprehend when it comes to entropy and enthalpjy.
    I can only discuss one thing because it is not yet patented. During initialization of the FC or FB (there are two versions) the active reactant on the anode and cathode half cells are in equilibrium so no conduction between anode and cathode. So active reactant on both half cells is first processed in the regeneration chamber using initial power from the vehicle battery and the resultant products are feed each on the two half cells. But it is made sure that the reduction by-product in the cathode half cell is not the oxidation reactant at the anode half cell and likewise in the anode half cell. This starts the spontaneous REDOX reaction by continuous regeneration of the cathode reduction by product (only). The anode electrolyte do not undergo chemical change except for the oxidized H2 gas in the form of 2H+ migrates to the cathode side.
    It is made sure that the power used in the regeneration process is much lower than the power generated by the FB or FC. The excess power is used to recharge the vehicle battery.

    I'm not looking for any trade secrets, nor even any detailed technical explanation. I'm just trying to figure out in general terms what you're claiming here, and if it makes sense from the viewpoint of thermodynamic energy flow; i.e. "Entropy tends towards a maximum" and all that. Energy has to "flow downhill", so to speak, to power any system. If the energy is going in a circle or going "uphill", then it's perpetual motion and can't work in the real world.

    So then, are you saying that the actual source of energy powering the vehicle is either fuel powering a fuel cell (FC), or else an offboard source of electricity used to charge the electrolytes which power a flow battery (FB)?

    And that when you say "Basically does not need external electrical charging", you're only referring to a relatively small battery pack used as a buffer in the vehicle... a battery pack which is not the primary source of traction power for the vehicle? That is, you're talking about a FCEV (Fuel Cell EV) or a flow battery BEV Battery Electric Vehicle), where the main battery is a flow battery powered by electrolytes charged from an offboard source, and what you're talking about recharging "with power output of at least one third of rated power drive" isn't the flow battery, but a secondary battery (presumably a li-ion battery pack) carried onboard as a buffer?

    Hope I can find cheaper supplier of MEA. Fuelcellstore price is too expensive.

    My fuel cell design is more simple than basic hydrogen oxygen type. Cathode reduction material is not oxygen gas so no need for a catalyst. It is only the anode l which needs a catalyst. Hope can find a cheaper one.
