Does anyone know how to "read" a motor software update report? A lot of the pages say "Action Blocked"--what does that mean? Is there a chart that explains the designations, e.g., K56, A11, etc.?
It cost me $296 to get this attached software update at the Titus-Will Chevy dealer (Olympia WA)! Where do I get notice of a software update needed? Update attached.

Well I found the answer to one of my questions:
RE: Software Motor Update Report at Chevy Dealer, produces a report, referencing codes. What do the codes mean? I was able to access the website to find out:-Click here: https://tis2web.service.gm.com/tis2web/

For the Software Report for A11, when I selected "Complete History" it produced this report, (example attached)--which you can print (using Command P for MAC) Be sure your VIN code that you enter does not include any spaces when you copy/paste or it won't work!

My feeling is that this place is ripping you off.

I will be writing the CEO of GM, Mary Barra, among others. This all started when my 12V battery went dead and I had 30 minimum miles registered on the dashboard! (a bit unnerving) A battery jump by roadside service, generated a transmission service error on the dashboard (later found out a dead battery will do this) with a yellow car warning. After a few startups the transmission service message disappeared (as predicted) but the yellow car light stayed on the dashboard. So I brought it to the Titus-Will Chevy (Olympia, WA) to get my 2017 Bolt checked out.
