This seems to be based on MSRP, which isn't always the reality. GM is giving an $8500 factory discount right now on their Bolt, and then you have to consider other state/fed subsidies depending on where you live. And of course dealers can discount further. So that would make the Bolt even much better than shown here. And MSRP is often very misleading with some manufacturers, as features are so lacking, almost none are sold without substantial upgrade options.
MSRP is a fair start. There are car buying services too. As a member of a credit union and Costco, both have car buying services. Even Edmunds and ... INSIDEEV. However, the Tesla prices are accurate as this is where I go car shopping: http://www.tesla.com/ Bob Wilson
