The scorecard is only for US sales, while the sales in the article are worldwide. It looks like U.S. sales are starting in earnest now, so we should see some much better numbers soon.
I think there was some discussion in comment threads to IEVs news articles about anecdotal evidence of between 1 and 10 I-Pace sales in the U.S. last month, and some discussion of whether or not that should appear on IEVs' Sales Scorecard chart. Personally, I'm glad that IEVs doesn't depend on anecdotal evidence for its "official" monthly report... altho, to argue the other side of the question, I guess staff here does pay attention to anecdotal evidence for its Tesla sales/delivery estimates. However, that anecdotal evidence is just one of several sources of data they use to make their estimates.
