  1. I brought my Kona EV in at 5000 miles for its first service (tire rotation). Here's my experience:

    1. Very impressed with the service department. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Was speaking with a few folks in the waiting area who have been using this dealership for years, and they all raved about it. Knew every one of the customer service folks by name.

    2. I didn't mention the water pump recall because I thought my mfg date was out of range. They, however, did bring it up and inspected it and discovered some seepage. Parts are now on order. This was very proactive of them.

    3. I mentioned the clicking noise. The service rep I was working with had not heard of it before but said he'll schedule a test drive with the technician when I bring it back in for the water pump service.

I'm feeling good about the service department at this dealership. Fingers crossed.
