Extra cargo space

    In case your dealer didn't show you, you can lower the cargo floor. Take out the top tray, then slide the lid into the tracks. You gain a couple of inches for bulky loads.

    Yep, did that on mine. The top tray is useful on our Kia Niro (regular hybrid) because the cargo floor folds back with the rear seatbacks still up and we put the grocery bags in the compartments to stop them from sliding around. The Kona's doesn't stay open and I don't have any use for those little cubbies so I removed it and lowered the floor.
