OK, I can't seem to find anything in the Manual(s) for this topic. I see there's a WiFi Icon on the Entertainment/Nav screen - the far upper Right corner - next to where the Bluetooth icon is.

AM I supposed to be able to USE actual WiFi while driving for streaming things via Android Auto? Are there any SETTINGS for the typical Authorization? e.g., NAME, Security, etc. ?? Is this ONLY used for the BlueLink service?

    Thanks in advance.

  3. Are you mistaking the cell signal for wifi? 2019 Kona does not have wifi and I do not believe the 2020 has that either.

  4. Also further to that I believe the cell signal is only used for NAV and blue link.

You can connect to Wifi through your phone's hotspot or a dedicated wifi unit. this will enable live updates for traffic, speed cameras etc.

Where you go in the menu of the car to connect the wifi? Is your Kona a north america version?
