    I'm sure that it means that Hyundai/Kia need to pay EA for their cars to be charged the correct tier while Chevy pays zero to charge at that Tier at slightly slower speeds.
     
  5. I agree and can't visualize Hyundai as a global corporation subsidizing one charge network in favor of an other . Pandora's box.
