From the dirt and flat tires, It's obviously been stored there for quite awhile. I wonder if this is one of the shells that GM allowed to be sold to museums and collectors? Sadly, it's doubtful it still has the original powertrain, as (according to the Wikipedia article) GM didn't allow anyone to keep one. Is it wrong to hope this EV1 was stolen, and so still has its original powertrain? The EV1 had a lower Cd than just about any other production car ever made. Imagine what the range might be if it had a modern li-ion battery pack installed! And, as long as we're dreaming, an EV motor and inverter from a Tesla Model 3.
