An update for Canadian Clarity owners about Service Bulletins:

Last year, I had my first oil change and asked the dealer about any service bulletins - to fix the HV range issue and also the multiple dash warnings which occurred once when my wife was driving on the highway, although the car continued driving normally. The dash warnings reset on the next start and we haven't seen them recur since then. The dealer said that they would fix the HV range issue, but that at that time there was no Canadian service bulletin to fix the multiple dash warnings.

In December 2018, I received the attached letter from Honda which mentions "Incorrect Engine Diagnostic Codes" (N44) and "Climate Control Unit Incorrect Software" (N45) which apparently requires the replacement of the climate control unit.

As I have no further symptoms of these issues, I'm not in any hurry, and I expect to have these two fixes done when I'm due for my next oil change.

Has anyone else had these bulletins performed particularly the second one which requires replacement of the climate control unit?

I did not get this letter. I had my Clarity in for service on Friday and there was no mention of any service bulletins. I think they are supposed to run the VIN to check for bulletins when it is in, although I didn't specifically ask them to. I haven't experienced any of the issues the bulletins describe. (knock on wood)

I had 3 of them done in October: N44, N45, N46. This included the new climate control unit, and the range estimate fix. No issues since then.
