Hi. Wish you a Merry Christmas! Hope your problem has been solved.
This is my car jump start. It can provide power for my car or other 12V electronics. Works great so far.
If your problem still don't be solved, maybe you can have a look.

Interesting thread. So how does the 12v Battery in our EV actually get regularly charged? Only when vehicle is moving (regenerative) or how specifically? Is there some display ICON that tells you how full the battery charge is ? I haven't stumbled across it yet in reading the manual.

  4. The 12 volt battery is charged by the high voltage traction battery via DC to DC converter. It typically supplies voltage when the car's ignition is turned on, utility mode and whenever it detect the 12V battery's voltage has dropped below a particular voltage setpoint when you have the battery saver function enabled. There is no icon that indicates 12V battery's actual voltage status.

The 12V battery is topped up every 24 hours for about 20 mins- the yellow light in the Hyundai badge lights when this is happenning

  6. So, in summary it's timed while the car is "off", not based on a voltage setpoint.
