How can I car wash my '13 with the automatic wipers? Is there no way to use or disable them manually?

@Domenick looks like this should be moved to a Model S forum.

  5. I'm not sure if the Model S you have works like this, but it might.

I would also recommend the more engineering oriented: https://teslaownersonline.com
    • Moderators move new posts to appropriate, existing threads
    • Moderators move 'my jokes' and 'thread drift posts' to an appropriate forum
    • Editing of posts do not age so mistakes can be corrected the next day or even add content

I am slowly learning, feeling dumb at times.... That's a good answer for the model 3 but my S is different. Turns out, the blinker has wiper settings on the end of it, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 0 appears to be off. Hard to see behind the steering wheel but my only excuse..... There is also a "service wipers" setting on screen but that's for changing blades.

Ah! My bad, I should have realized that a "Tesla '13" means a Model S, not a Model 3.

My apologies for wasting your time.
