I've read about that; about States where State laws require payment at time the order is placed, rather than at time of delivery. That sucks! Here's hoping you love your Model 3 when it finally arrives.
Now if Tesla would hold that money in either treasury bonds, municipal bonds (i.e., tax free) or Tesla stock and share the capital gains when the car is delivered. In effect, a 'good will rebate.' Bob Wilson
I finally took delivery today. Car was in great shape, I couldn’t find a single cosmetic issue. Only 28 miles since delivery today, but the car definitely lives up to the hype. Precision steering, lots of punch from all speeds, makes me really want to get back to running AutoX. Even our bulky car seats fit great, add in the generous trunk and it is a perfect size for a family of four. MTN Ranger is doing a great job of covering the aspects of the car. If there is any other feedback people are looking for, post a message.
I second Domenick's suggestion. I am especially interested in any SuperCharger costs and associated miles. Did you get a CHAdeMO adapter too? Thanks, Bob Wilson
